Starting today, Yale Art Gallery and School of Architecture are hosting the first major museum retrospective exploring the career of Finnish born architect Eero Saarinen. The exhibit “Eero Saarinen: Shaping the Future” looks at Saarinen’s expansive body of work – from his design of a “womb-chair” to the “Yale Whale” or the Ingalls Hockey rink on Campus. We’re joined by John Stuart Gordon and Dean Sakamoto – both curators of the exhibit.
